We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our corporate office operations. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with sales and marketing support, making it ideal for candidates who can handle both financial tasks and coordination activities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Support
Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate data entry
Handle invoice entry and billing processes in CRM systems
Manage petty cash for head office operations
Coordinate payments with factory accounts team for corporate vendors
Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking
Handle vendor payments and subscription management
Sales Support & Documentation
Assist with sales documentation and invoicing
Maintain records of free-of-cost (FOC) supplies
Support marketing team with documentation and coordination
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, budgets, and expenses
Track and report travel expenses and related costs
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Coordination & Administrative Support
Arrange vehicle bookings for machine dispatch
Organize Managing Director's travel, bookings, and schedules
Support event participation and coordination
Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth operations
Manage office supplies and basic IT equipment coordination
