We are looking for an Account Executive for a company situated in Hennur Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions:Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely in accordance with established procedures.
- Invoicing:Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Accounts Payable:Manage accounts payable functions including reviewing and processing vendor invoices, verifying expenses, and issuing payments.
- Accounts Receivable:Assist in managing accounts receivable processes such as invoicing customers, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on overdue payments.
- Bank Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Expense Management:Review and reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Financial Reporting:Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Audit Support:Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries as needed.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Ad-hoc Tasks:Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
