Accounts Executive ( Male Candidates only )

We're looking for a diligent Accountant or Accounts Executive to manage a variety of financial records and transactions. If you have strong accounting software skills and are available to work a six-day week, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all financial records including Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and manage Payment Collection.
• Handle Monthly GST Working.
• Conduct Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors.
• Follow up on payments via telephonic communication & mailing.
• Manage Daily Stock records.
• Oversee Petty Cash Records.
• Maintain Sales Purchase Registers and ensure proper entry into software.
• Execute Banking works such as Cheque issuance for clearing, Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS.
• Handle Day-to-Day Accounting operations.
• Prepare Salary Statements, PF Accounts, Worker Salary, and daily wages for Workers.
• Assist in the Finalization of Accounts, including Statement of Accounts, Debtors Control Accounts, Balance Sheet Statements, Consumption Charts, Trial Balance, and Fixed Assets.

Job Requirements:

• Kannada and English are mandatory; Hindi would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be open to working Monday to Saturday.
• Good hands-on experience in Tally ERP and Microsoft NAV ERP are mandatory.
