Job Description
We are urgently hiring for the position of
Accounts Executive for a leading CA firm in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
- Oversee all accounts payable functions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
Vendor Payments
- Process vendor payments promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and regularly update vendor records.
Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders
- Review and process purchase requisitions across various departments.
Financial Analysis
- Conduct financial analysis to support cost control and management initiatives.
Cost Accounting
- Maintain precise cost accounting records and assist with financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.
Account Finalization
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely finalization of accounts.
General Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including reconciliations and invoice processing.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Thorough knowledge of cost accounting and account finalization.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Candidates Profile:
- Educational Background: B.Com / M.Com qualified candidates.
- Preferred from NBFCs or CA firms.
- Candidate must be willing to work at the client's location in Western Mumbai.
