Accounts Executive

▫️ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a young, energetic, well-presented and detail-oriented Accountant & Data Entry Executive with good knowledge of Tally and basic accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be willing to learn, and be comfortable handling accounting as well as data-entry-related responsibilities.

▫️EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• B.Com / M.Com / Economics Graduate / Mathematics Graduate

• Candidates from other streams, including Arts, should not be considered.

• Candidates with relevant Tally certification or practical Tally experience will be preferred.

▫️KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles

• Accurate and efficient data entry

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Good English communication skills - Mandatory

• Ability to communicate in Hindi

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer proficiency

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

• Energetic, presentable and professional attitude

▫️KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update accounting records using Tally

• Perform day-to-day data entry and maintain accurate records

• Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments and other accounting transactions

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other relevant documents

• Assist in maintaining ledgers and other accounting records

• Ensure accuracy of financial and data-entry information

• Handle documentation and filing of accounting records

• Perform data entry and update company records as required

• Assist with reconciliation and basic accounting-related tasks

• Coordinate with internal teams for required financial and administrative information

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data

• Perform other accounting and data-entry tasks as assigned by the management

▫️PREFERRED CANDIDATE:

A B.Com / M.Com / Economics / Mathematics candidate who combines Tally/accounting knowledge, accurate data-entry skills, good English communication, professional presentation and a willingness to learn would be an ideal fit for this position.
