We are hiring an
Accounts Executive to own end-to-end accounting, payroll, and compliance operations within the Zoho ecosystem. This is a hands-on role requiring strong execution discipline, clean reconciliations, and the ability to close books independently and manage statutory filings.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books
• Manage AP/AR, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Execute monthly payroll via Zoho Payroll
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT compliance and filings
• Perform bank, vendor, and inventory reconciliations
• Generate MIS, cash flow reports, and monthly closing statements
Qualifications
• B.Com or equivalent (mandatory)
• CA Inter preferred
• 2–5 years relevant experience
Technical Requirements
• Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll (mandatory)
• Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics (preferred)
