We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintaining daily accounts for sale orders
- Generating and maintaining petty cash reports
- Generating and maintaining accounts on Tally Prime
- Preparing, analysing and verifying accounting records and financial statements
- Preparing annual/monthly financial statement/P&L account
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliation with vendors and customers
- Income tax return filing and GST registration
- Managing statutory compliance like GST payment & GST return
