Job Description

About the Role
We're looking for an Accounts Executive who will handle day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries and ledger maintenance
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records
  • Support in GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
