Role Overview
We are hiring a Finance Manager to lead financial accounting, regulatory compliance, ERP controls, and audit readiness in an IRDAI-regulated insurance broking firm. This role requires strong expertise in finance operations, taxation, and ERP-driven system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage books of accounts, financial statements, and monthly closures
- Handle premium reconciliation, insurer payables/receivables, and brokerage
- accounting
- Ensure IRDAI compliance and support regulatory reporting
- Oversee ERP finance systems (accounting, policy tracking, reconciliations)
- Manage GST, TDS, and tax compliance
- Lead audit processes and strengthen internal controls
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis
Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in insurance, BFSI, or regulated industry (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance
- Hands-on experience with ERP finance systems
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
- Experience in insurance broking / IRDAI-regulated environment
- Exposure to policy accounting, premium reconciliation, insurer settlements
