Job Description

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA or semi-qualified CA preferred).
24 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting roles.
Strong understanding of Indian statutory compliances (GST, TDS, ESI, EPF, PT).
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.

C. Key Responsibilities-

Ensure accurate bookkeeping and support monthly financial closures in alignment with internal timelines.
Review and validate statutory compliance workings (TDS, ESI, EPF, GST) and coordinate with relevant teams for timely filings and remittances.
Oversee payroll-related activities including salary processing, full and final settlements, and employee reimbursements in accordance with SOPs.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for brokerage credits and manage accurate and timely partner payouts.
Track and report partner clawbacks, GST recoveries, and other relevant adjustments.
Manage vendor and partner disbursements, including commissions, incentives, and other business-aligned payments.
Reconcile revenue inflows with bank statements to ensure accounting accuracy and completeness.
Liaise with banking partners to facilitate day-to-day operational and transactional requirements.
Provide proactive support across finance, compliance, and regulatory functions, collaborating cross-functionally as needed.
