Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for executing financial tasks, managing financial transactions, and providing key financial insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be proficient in financial planning software, including advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects for the organization. This includes developing and implementing robust plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Financial Analysis & Insight: Provide crucial financial insight and analysis to directly drive the business performance of the organization. This involves analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cash Flow & Performance Monitoring: Manage and monitor cash flow meticulously. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and accurately measure returns on investments.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Responsible for preparing financial reports on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis. This also includes managing BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) Working and ensuring compliance.
  • Transaction & Audit Management: Oversee managing financial transactions and coordinating audit processes seamlessly.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Act as a key point of contact by liaising with Banks and other financial institutions. Additionally, evaluate marketing proposals in terms of Cost-Benefit Analysis to ensure financial viability.
  • Payroll Management: Handle aspects of Payroll Management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Requirements

  • Degree in finance/accounting or related field (essential).
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant financial role.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs), SAP, and other financial planning software.
