Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Accounts & Customer Relation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily accounting records, handling customer/member interactions, managing calls and follow-ups, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining transaction and loan records, assisting customers with inquiries, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth branch operations. The role also involves building positive relationships with members while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and efficient customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Comfortable with calling and follow-up responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Knowledge of Tally or accounting software preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle documentation efficiently
• Graduate preferred (Commerce background is an advantage)
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
