About our client: Our client is a local trade association for SMEs companies.
About the role:
- Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions).
- Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure timely, complete, and accurate recording of accounting entries into the MYOB accounting system.
- Posting of month-end closing journal entries.
- General office administration such as filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, and office supplies.
- Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims.
- Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager in-charge.
About you:
- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Fast learner with a strong sense of initiative & good communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision is useful.
