Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in North Delhi, is for an Accounts Assistant Manager. The Accounts Assistant Manager will handle day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling transactions, and preparing budgets. Collaboration with internal teams and external auditors, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accurate reporting are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and budget preparation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data analysis and forecasting
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and audit preparation
  • Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA certification is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience working in finance or accounting within a corporate environment is a plus
