Kopi Kenangan, the first SEA F&B Unicorn, with more than 1000 retail coffee outlets across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and India is hiring a Accounts Assistant Manager (AP & AR) in Guragaon Delhi, India.
As a Accounts Assistant Manager (AP Focus) at Kenangan Coffee India, you will be the liaison for other departments in our India office on behalf of our Finance Shared Service in Indonesia to work with our India based external outsourced accounting vendor. If you have more than 3 years of financial accounting experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Food & Beverage (F&B) sector exposure; we want to hear from you.
Working location:Gurgaon Delhi, India
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.
- At least 3 years financial accounting experience (Accounts Payable preferably) in F&B, QSR, Restaurants Industry in India.
- Hands-on experience in financial accounting handling AP, AR, up to GL
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with proven hands-on financial accounting experience
- Collaborative, conscientious, strong in follow-up and keen eye for details
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Cash deposit such as monitoring and communication with Operations Team on any reconciliation issues from POS
- Petty Cash handling
- Responsible for collating all documentations (financial accounting related); 3 way matching of all these documentations; then send all checked and collated documentations to outsourced accounting firm. Documentations include and not limited to invoices from vendors across all department; Good received receipts; etc.
- External accounting firm will be responsible for all financial accounting data entry; whereas Shared Service Central Accounting team based in Indonesia will handle payment
- Liaison with external outsourced accounting firm supporting Indonesia Shared Service Central Accounting Team on any enquiries
