Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records related to warehouse operations, including inventory, expenses, and invoices
• Manage vendor payments, process invoices, and track outstanding receivables
• Track inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and logistics departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
• Handle Custom MIRO/GRN for import/export of goods
• Perform MIRO/GRN of domestic suppliers
• Book expenses including transportation and logistics
• Book CHA invoices for import materials
• Handle material MIRO for Bhiwandi plant
