Role Description

We are seeking an Accounts and Operations Manager for a full-time role based on-site at our New Delhi location. The job will include handling accounts related probelm along with other accounts team, making costing sheets and finacial projection and NPV for ankaysing Govt bids to see finacial feasvikity of projecst, Verifying costing and BOQ of contractors and makign Payment plans, govt liasoning and other administration related works. The Accounts and Operations Manager will oversee daily financial activities, optimize operational workflows, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Responsibilities include managing financial records, budgets, and accounting systems, supervising operational tasks to drive efficiency, coordinating interdepartmental processes, and preparing regular performance reports. This key role requires leadership, problem-solving, and effective collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Financial Management, Bookkeeping, and Budgeting
  • Strong expertise in Operational Planning, Project Coordination, and Workflow Optimization
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding Communication and Leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting and operational software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in a managerial position in Accounts or Operations is highly preferred
