Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Ghatkopar for an Accounts and Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing firm's accounting and taxation, Client meeting and streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing customer relationships, and driving operational excellence. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, make informed decisions, and identify operational efficiencies
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Account Management to oversee processes and ensure accurate handling of accounts and taxation
• Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to build lasting client relationships and address their financial needs effectively
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum required qualification - Inter CA
