Company Description Arrowmeda Private Limited is a new-generation plastic moulding company providing end-to-end packaging solutions that blend automation, quality, and scalability. The company specializes in injection and blow moulding, in-mold labelling, shrink sleeving, and private label custom packaging. The facility is designed for speed, precision, and innovation, serving sectors such as FMCG, healthcare, cosmetics, and industrial packaging. Headquartered in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, Arrowmeda follows a client-first, process-driven approach with a focus on scalable operations.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts and Operations role based at Arrowmeda's facility in Aligarh. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, handling invoices, monitoring payables and receivables, and assisting with reconciliations and basic financial reporting. The team member will support operational planning, track production and dispatch data, and coordinate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order processing and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, updating ERP or accounting software, supporting vendor and customer account management, and assisting with cost tracking and budgeting inputs. The role also includes responding to internal and external queries, supporting audits and compliance requirements, and contributing to process improvements in accounts and operations workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial and operational data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and to present information clearly.
  • Foundational knowledge of Finance, including accounting principles, invoicing, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
  • Customer Service and Account Management abilities to handle client and vendor queries, maintain accurate account records, and support long-term relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software( Tally ERP)
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in accounts or operations within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
