Job Summary:

The Accounts and MIS Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems (MIS) to support data-driven decision-making. The role involves analyzing financial and operational data, creating insightful reports, and identifying opportunities for business process improvement to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS systems and databases to collect and analyze organizational data.
• Analyze financial and operational performance metrics to prepare insightful reports and dashboards.
• Interpret data trends and create visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on data analysis and collaborate with teams to streamline workflows.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data by implementing regular quality checks and audits.
• Provide decision support to management through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop user documentation and train team members on effective usage of MIS systems and reports.
