Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts and Finance Manager located in Kolkata. The Accounts and Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and strategies of the organization. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements as per IND AS, analyzing financial data, budgeting, tax planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Additionally, the manager will oversee accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and collaborate with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Direct Tax, Budgeting, and Finalization of accounts
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting as per IND AS, and Tax Compliance
• Understanding of Audit Processes and Regulatory Standards
• An analytical mindset with excellent skills in Financial Analysis and Data Interpretation
• Effective Leadership, Decision-Making, and Communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and CA
• Previous experience in a managerial finance or accounts role, preferably in tea plantation or related industries, is an asset
