Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Accounting:
- Prepare Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, and P&L Accounts as per Indian Accounting / Ind AS
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual account finalizations
- Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements
- Maintain Financial Control and Variance Analysis
Audit & Compliance:
- Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors for timely completion of audits
- Support Tax Audit and Income Tax Return (ITR) schedules preparation
- Verify and finalize data for Income Tax / GST assessments
- Oversee monthly TDS payments and filing of returns
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports
- Conduct cost-saving analysis and identify opportunities for financial optimization
- Support evaluation of Capex Budget vs Actuals for project visibility
Process Improvement & Operations:
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed across all processes
- Identify areas of improvement, including automation and time-saving initiatives
- Support new projects and process alignment
