Babli is a fast-growing D2C fashion brand looking to strengthen its Accounts & Finance team.

We are hiring for two positions:

• Junior Accountant (1-3 years experience)

• Accounts & Finance Manager (3+ years experience)

Location : Khokra, Ahmedabad (On-site)

• Strong accounting fundamentals (Debit/Credit, Assets, Liabilities, P&L, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries)
• GST & TDS knowledge, compliance and return preparation
• Experience in finalization of accounts and coordination with CA for audit and compliance
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, data handling, CSV import/export)
• Bank reconciliation and net banking operations
• Experience in reconciliation of orders, payments, returns, COD, prepaid orders and payment gateway settlements
• Ability to identify reconciliation mismatches and discrepancies
• Ability to work with large volumes of financial and operational data
• Experience with ERP software (Logic ERP preferred)
• Experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail or garment industry preferred

• Ability to prepare MIS reports

• Understanding of cash flow management

• Profitability and P&L analysis

• Budgeting and financial planning

• Ability to provide management with financial insights and decision-making reports
