Accounts and Finance - Costing & Proposal Executive

The Accounts and Finance - Costing & Proposal Executive will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial proposals for clinical development and supply chain projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, building cost sheets, coordinating with operations and project management teams for inputs, and ensuring that proposals align with company policies and client expectations. The role involves supporting financial reporting, reviewing financial statements related to projects, tracking budgets versus actuals, and assisting with variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and the preparation and interpretation of Financial Statements.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, including project-level reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proven Analytical Skills, with the ability to build costing models, evaluate assumptions, and present clear financial insights.
• Experience in AP, AR, BR and other activities.
