Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Officer with 3 years of experience. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing general administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations, maintaining financial records, managing invoices, and providing customer and administrative support. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and optimizing office procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple administrative tasks
