About the Job:
The Accounts Head will lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring the organization's financial stability, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires a strategic finance professional to oversee accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and ERP-driven financial processes while supporting business growth through effective financial planning and process optimization.

- Work Mode: Work From Office (Monday to Saturday)

Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification may also be considered.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the Textile, Manufacturing, Trading, or Supply Chain industry is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite (Mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS Reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and timely closure of books.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial performance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking operations, and treasury functions.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits while strengthening internal controls.
- Drive ERP-based finance operations through Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while supporting senior management with strategic financial insights.
