We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Executive to strengthen our finance operations and ensure compliance, accuracy, and financial discipline across the organization.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial record-keeping, GST compliance, billing, collections, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Operations
  • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
  • Record, verify, and maintain all financial transactions accurately.
  • Maintain General Ledger, Creditor Ledger, and Debtor Ledger.
  • Ensure proper accounting of Debit (DR) and Credit (CR) entries.
  • Process billing, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

GST & Compliance
  • Handle GST-related activities including filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain GST records and support audits when required.
Financial Control & Audit Support
  • Perform regular audits and financial verification checks.
  • Maintain and verify historical bills, vouchers, and financial records.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support management with financial data and documentation.
Receivables & Collections Management
  • Conduct aging analysis of receivables.
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections.
  • Monitor party/client credit limits and payment behavior.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely recovery of dues.
Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with senior management on financial operations and reporting.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and MIS as required.
  • Assist in process improvements and financial controls.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance will be an advantage.
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
  • Strong understanding of GST regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
  • Experience in billing, collections, and receivables management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
