Maintain accurate books of accounts, including management of payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Partner account reconciliation and raise accurate invoices with vendors/ partners in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure accuracy of supplier billing (rates/ stock received)
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and management summaries to support decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate effectively with auditors, consultants, bankers, and statutory authorities, and oversee timely completion of all bank obligations and documentation.
Manage end-to-end export accounting processes, including invoicing, forex realization, reconciliation of export proceeds, and compliance tracking.
Prepare, verify, and finalize export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and BL/AWB in coordination with logistics partners and banks.
Submit and track export-related bank documents including EBRC, BOE, and other regulatory documentation, ensuring timely closure of export formalities.
Conduct weekly stock reconciliation and monthly order reconciliation for MIDORii, ensuring accuracy and proper reporting.
Maintain systematic records of all financial documents, including invoices, courier bills, freight bills, and related documentation, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
Support HR administration functions such as attendance tracking and payroll coordination.
Ensure seamless coordination between Accounts, Operations, Logistics, and Management to support smooth business functioning.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, and Administration.
Mandatory working knowledge of export documentation and export-related accounting.
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, statutory compliances, audits, and banking coordination.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong documentation, reconciliation, coordination, and organizational skills.
