Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts& Admin Executive to support our Finance team in managing daily accounting operations and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments.
- Record accounting transactions in QuickBooks.
- Process staff claims and reimbursement requests.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial schedules.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Ensure accounting documents are properly filed and organised.
- Assist with general finance and administrative duties.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
