L'ecole Food Company is incorporated as a distributor specializing in Bread and Pastry ingredients.
We offer fine bakery products to Confectioneries and Bakeries in Singapore.
The company has set its goal on becoming a major player in the Baking Industry.

Responsibilities :
. Prepare full set of Financial Report
. Handle Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing and D/O
. Purchase order and liaison with customer /supplier in order enquires
. Prepare local and overseas payment
. GST submission
. Monitor and liaise with sales team for payment collection
. Monitor and liaise with sales team for stock inventory / expiry date
. Monitor shipment schedule and liaise with shipping agent
. HR: Monthly payroll, CPF Submission and IR8A
. To provide general administrative support
. Ad hoc duties upon assigned
Requirements:
. Candidate must possess at least Diploma
. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
. Excel, word, accounting software like MYOB
. Able to meet deadlines and multitask
. Ability to work independently
. Work Permit welcome
Working hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
We offer attractive salary commensurate with work experience
