Accounts & Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Process and manage sales orders/ invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide daily support and sales operation
• Inventory management
• Perform administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
• Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement.
• Maintain organised corporate and financial documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and handle confidential information.
• Provide administrative support to the management
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
