- Motilal Agrawal - ICWA - 20+ years of Operations & Finance
We have a very lean business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Global Export Compliances - Compliance while launching to a new country - Clearance, Tax, Rebates etc.
- Automation - Supply chain, Cashflows, Accounting, Invoicing etc.
- Vendor Management - Look at Sourcing of products & Negotiation with vendors
- Margin improvement across the business by cost reduction & optimizations
- GST & MCA Compliance - GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data preparation, APOB Addition, Export Refunds
- Organic & Food Safety compliance
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Startups - Export & Corporate compliances
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq, etc.)
- Any degree :). The most important is a hunger to learn and grow! (This role is not for Chartered Accountant)
- Should be really good at Excel
