This Position reports to:

Accounting & Reporting Manager - General


Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

The work model for the role is: On Site - Work from Office

This role is contributing to the Finance Accounting Operational Service Center

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Coordinate and get accounting details for bank transactions
  • Possess strong knowledge of bank accounting processes, including IHB and intergroup transactions
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in AP, AR, GA, and IG teams to resolve queries effectively.
  • Liaise with FAO country teams to obtain accounting details for bank transactions related to both IHB and external banks
  • Process JE in books of accounts
  • Perform R2R monthly closing activities
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliation
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with business controllers.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in General Accounting
  • Must be flexible in working for any shift timings.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge
