This Position reports to:
Team Lead -General Accounting
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will h
andle selected accounting activities relating period close accounting activities including balance sheet and manual journal entries. Lower complexity queries would be handled by Global Hub in Bangalore. The role included control-related activities such as review and approve journals. Driving improvements within this process globally by working with R2R core team on policy changes. In case of issues, deficiencies - the role will ensure driving root cause analysis and remediations with respective operational teams. The work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite
This role is contributing to the finance function in BangaloreYou will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing general accounting activities and recording of financial transactions
- Performing reconciliations of accounts and get to details for any discrepancies
- Performing accounting related analysis and generate reports to support finance Queries
- Performing month end book closing and reporting activities
- Assisting team leader during the audits
- Performing such other activities as required to meet the Stake Holders requirement.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)- You are immersed engaged in highly skilled working with R2R,General accounting, General Ledger, SAP the shared services/manufacturing market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills . Looking for candidates with 3 -5 years of experience in R2R,SAP.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP
- Flexible working in shifts.
- You are passionate about ,you are innovative around MS Excel and MS office
- Proven experience of Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- You are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
