This Position reports to:

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient The Accounts Payable Analyst will perform support activities within Accounts Payable and Credit in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. The role involves processing accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Accounts Payable division in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Transaction processing: Processes Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing

• Monthly closing: Performs necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Analysis: Executes analysis and reports as assigned, and takes appropriate action as necessary

• Internal controls: Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.

• Communication: Ensures all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/ master's degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce.

• Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience with a degree in commerce background in accounts payable.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.
