What will you contribute
- You will be part of Balance Sheet reconciliation team and would be performing bank reconciliations and other balance sheet accounts for the given legal entities.
- Posting entries for bank charges and other bank transactions during the month.
- Ensuring that the accounts reconciled passes the quality criteria as determined by the Organization.
- Supporting the junior members in the team to complete their task efficiently
- Supporting the manager and the partner with their experience and skills to meet/resolve any crisis.
- Resolve any issues in connection with any other teams.
- Follow up with peers and other teams for clearing open items in bank and books and to maintain a cleaner book of accounts.
- Maintain high level of accuracy and quality during reconciliations.
- Ensure all bank entries are posted before closure of books for the period.
- Providing support during the audits.
- Providing relevant data for management reporting.
Qualifications Desired
- Person should be having a degree/masters degree in Finance/accounting.
- Strong in basics of accounting.
- Should be very strong in reconciliation.
- Strong in communication.
- Well versed in MS office.
- Having a working experience of at least 3 to 5 years in ERP environment.
- Knowledge about Blackline would be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to work in different shifts as per the company requirement.
