Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial audits and reviews.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and transactions.
  • Monitor changes in US GAAP regulations and ensure timely updates to processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - US GAAP should be:

  • A Qualified CA/ CPA with atleast 7-10 yoe.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing financial audits and compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of the Software industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
