Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, invoice validation, UPD validation, fleet invoice dispute handling, and US payroll management. Candidates with prior managerial or team-handling experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Perform invoice validation and UPD validation for financial accuracy.
- Handle fleet invoice disputes and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Process and manage US payroll using ADP and Paycom.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Review financial documents and reports to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and workflow efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience in invoice validation and dispute resolution.
- Hands-on experience with US payroll systems (ADP & Paycom).
- Understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Education
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
