YODA provides medical care for injured or abandoned animals, rehabilitates those with behavioral concerns, and offers shelter and care until animals are ready for adoption or release. The organization also focuses on vaccination and sterilization programs to manage stray populations and prevent zoonotic diseases. Additionally, YODA actively engages in education and awareness campaigns to combat animal cruelty and promote kindness toward all living beings.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting & Inventory Manager based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing all inventory accounting processes, maintaining accurate financial records, posting journal entries, and ensuring compliance with cost accounting practices. The manager will be responsible for inventory tracking and reporting, analyzing financial data to inform budgeting, and assisting with financial forecasting. Collaborating with operations teams to optimize inventory and cost efficiencies is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inventory Accounting and accurate financial tracking
• Day to Day accounting and Tally knowledge
• Solid experience in posting and managing Journal Entries and maintaining financial records
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting concepts and best practices
• Understanding of basic Finance principles and budgeting processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus
