We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain ledger records, and support financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Operations: Manage daily transactions, invoicing, and accounts via Zoho Books.
Financial Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
AP/AR & Reconciliations: Handle accounts payable/receivable and assist with monthly bank reconciliations.
Month-End Support: Help prepare documentation for month-end closing processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
Practical experience using Zoho Books.
Solid understanding of core accounting principles and strong attention to detail.
