Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Agra for the Accounting Human Resources position at REVAMP. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing HR strategies and policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization's growth goals.

Work from Office

Salary: Rs. 15k per month

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Skills in Personnel Management and team collaboration
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in applicable labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
• Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
