Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts. The role also involves using accounting software to track and manage financial data and assisting the finance department in various accounting functions, such as processing invoices and reviewing financial reports.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Bookkeeping and creating accurate Financial Statements
• Strong skills in using Accounting Software and handling Journal Entries
• Solid understanding of Finance and accounting principles
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a high level of accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial data tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience working as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
