Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Associate to join our team who will have the opportunity to champion us for GLBL BusSvcs India AP ITP team, Global Finance services Division.

The incumbent would be expected to assists the finance and accounting department with payment and tracking of bills and invoices and reconciling conflicts.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India

What You Will Do

• Paying bills and invoices in accordance with established methods and procedures.
• Working with internal staff (purchasers) and external vendors and suppliers to clarify differences and reconcile conflicts.
• Following proper procedures and taking direction from senior staff; developing technical skills.
• Maintaining accurate records of all Accounts Payable transactions.
  
  

What You Will Have

• Degree in accounting with at least 2+ years of accounting experience.
• The position requires the candidate to work 5- day -week schedule in the office and Flexibility to work in shifts including US Shift is required.
