This Position reports to:

TA Regional Lead - India, Malaysia, Indonesia & Oversight Countries


Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support general accounting activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also exhibit your proficiency by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite

This role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • . Provide leadership to delivery team on accounting of transactions for P2P and Intercompany in an
  • accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and
  • external regulatory requirements and have handled a team size of 30-40 employees and open for working
  • in shifts
  • . Creating a culture of delivery orientation, change management and professionalism in accounting both
  • globally and locally in the Finance centers. Driving operational metrics performance management
  • ,responsible for people strategy
  • (hiring, retention, training & development, performance management).
  • . Driving projects globally with strong focus on simplification and efficiency gains and manage intercompany
  • transactions and reconciliations between multiple entities within the company and review and
  • approve journal entries,
  • invoices, and other financial transactions related to inter-company accounts
  • . Work with various departments to resolve discrepancies and reconcile inter-company accounts and
  • prepare and analyze inter-company account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling
  • items and assist with the implementation of new inter-company accounting policies and procedures and
  • participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

Qualifications for the role

  • . You are immersed engaged in Accounts Payables, SAP, P2P, Intercompany activities
  • . Proven experience of bachelor's degree as BCOM or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, MCOM
  • . 12 to 15+ years of extensive experience with strong exposure in managing large global teams in
  • manufacturing industry OR audit firm with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • . Must have handled a team size of 30-40 employees and open for working in shift
