Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Office Support
- Assist in maintaining invoices, purchase bills, payment records, and expense details.
- Support basic accounting documentation and coordination with the accounts team.
- Help in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and simple commercial documents.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and payment follow-up records.
- Organize company files, bills, and records in a systematic manner.
Business & Digital Support
- Assist in posting company products, updates, and content on online platforms.
- Help in preparing simple product content, captions, brochures, and email drafts.
- Support online research, lead generation, and customer database preparation.
- Coordinate with prospects through email/phone under guidance.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
What the Intern Will Learn
- Practical exposure to accounting, invoicing, documentation, and office records.
- Hands-on experience in business support, online platforms, and digital content activities.
- Understanding of B2B customer communication and lead follow-up.
- Exposure to IoT products, industrial customers, and business operations.
Future Opportunity
Based on the intern's performance during the internship and availability of suitable openings, the candidate may be considered for a full-time job opportunity with an expected CTC of ₹2.4 lakh – ₹2.8 lakh per annum.
