We are hiring for an Accounting Advisory – Senior role for one of the leading Accounting & Tax Advisory firms.

Location: Bangalore / Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid

Qualification: Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA

Experience:3–5 years of post-qualification experience

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Accounting Advisory / Financial Reporting, along with sound technical knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS / Ind-AS.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on financial reporting and accounting advisory engagements for global clients
• Support assignments across capital markets and SPAC transactions
• Handle SEC / SEBI reporting and compliance
• Assist in financial accounting and reporting
• Work on GAAP conversions
• Support transaction accounting including acquisitions, carve-outs, and restructuring
• Assist in accounting change projects such as revenue recognition and lease accounting
• Draft accounting policy manuals and technical accounting memorandums
• Support client engagement delivery and collaborate with internal/global teams
• Conduct trainings on accounting and reporting concepts

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS / Ind-AS
• Experience in financial statement preparation and consolidation
• Exposure to technical accounting advisory on complex topics such as business combinations, consolidation, debt/equity, etc.
• Experience in GAAP conversions and implementation/adoption of new accounting standards
• Ability to draft accounting policies and technical accounting memos
• Prior experience in Accounting Advisory / Financial Reporting / Audit preferred
