Accounting Advisor-Freshers

You'll receive training in real-time client scenarios, manage complete tax and accounting cycles, and gain exposure to international financial practices.

What You'll Learn:

• End-to-end accounting lifecycle: from system setup to Record-to-Report (RTR)
• Real-world tax filings & compliance for UAE and other GCC countries
• Cloud-based accounting platforms including Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Wafeq, and Odoo
• Advisory and client interaction skills through direct client meetings

Eligibility:

• US CMA Qualified or ACCA Affiliate / Passed all 12 Papers Result Awaiting

Role Overview:

As part of our expert FinOps team, you will handle international accounting and tax advisory tasks. This is not a back-office or repetitive role; you will be engaged in impactful work from Day 1.

Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.

Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Utilize accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho to maintain f inancial records and generate reports.

Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports to provide insights into business performance.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting issues and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in accounting workflows.

Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
