Job Title: Accountant

About the Role

Zchem Polymers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, be proficient in Tally, and have hands-on experience with tax filings.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly account closures.
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including timely filing of returns.
• Maintain purchase, sales, inventory, and expense records.
• Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and financial regulations.
• Assist management with financial reporting and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax filing.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company is preferred.
• Candidates residing in Ghaziabad or nearby areas will be given preference to ensure convenient commuting.
