Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Oversee inventory accounting and cost analysis for spare parts.
  • Process export documentation and invoices, and liaise with banks for foreign exchange transactions.
  • Conduct periodic audits and financial risk assessments.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient financial operations.
  • Utilize accounting software (Tally or equivalent) for bookkeeping and reporting.

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Proficiency in maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Financial Reporting: Ability to generate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

Taxation & Compliance: Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.

Inventory Accounting & Cost Analysis: Experience in managing inventory costs and conducting financial analysis.

Export Documentation & Forex Transactions: Familiarity with export procedures, invoicing, and foreign exchange dealings.

Auditing & Risk Assessment: Conducting financial audits and evaluating risks.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in financial planning and budget preparation.

Software Proficiency: Experience with Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in financial record-keeping and compliance.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.

Communication & Coordination: Collaborating with teams for smooth financial operations.

Problem-Solving: Identifying financial discrepancies and resolving them efficiently.
