Accountant (West)

• Review subsidiaries monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing and tax submissions.

• Conduct variance analysis and prepare key financial reports for management review.

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities and provide guidance to team members as required.

• Monitor subsidiaries cash flows and capital requirements.

• Provide accounting guidance and support to local and regional subsidiaries on accounting-related matters.

• Prepare drafts of statutory financial statements.

• Liaise with outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Coordinate the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with Head Office accounting policies, guidelines and internal control procedures.

• Assist with other finance-related matters as required.
